Vendor Info at Chantilly Farm
Chantilly Farm welcomes both food and retail vendors to
participate in events held at our venue. Below you will find links
to vendor applications which must be completed and returned to us
in a timely manner. All vendors are required to fully comply with
any local, state or federal laws and regulations. Chantilly Farm
reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.

VENDOR GUIDELINES AND
POLICIES
Chantilly Farm strives to build and maintain and positive and
mutually beneficial relationship with all vendors who choose to
participate in our events. The following guidelines are meant to
serve the best interest of all involved.
- For the Annual Chantilly Farm Bluegrass & BBQ Festival,
vendors may set up beginning at 8am on Friday (May 22). All vendors
must be on-site and parked by 2:00pm on Friday.
- Each vendor is allowed one vehicle on the
premises. Parking will be provided realtively near your vendor
space. Each vendor may bring one additional person on-site
the day of the event to assist in the operation of the
vendor’s booth. Any additional people must pay for an admission
ticket-no exceptions.
- Vendors must supply their own tables, tents, canopies,
etc. Although not a requirement, Festival Farm Productions
requests that all vendors use a tent or canopy.
- All vendors are expected to remove any trash from their vendor
area when vacating the premises. Chantilly Farm is not responsible
for any loss, theft, or damages.
- For vendors who have indicated a need for electric power at
their booth, please provide your own extension cords.
- Vendors must be set up for the entirety of the event. From
Friday, May 22 at 2pm until Saturday, May 23 at 8pm.
- Vendors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and
accounting for any state or local taxes.
- Vendors are not allowed to bring pets of any
kind on site during this event. Registered guide dogs are the only
exception.

Additional vendor guests must purchase a full weekend festival
pass-no exceptions. Kids 12 & under free.
Vendors may purchase additional advance tickets throught the
vendor coordinator or tickets may be purchased through the
website.
